Define the project
We work with the client to define their requirements and understand exactly what they want to achieve. This leads to a joint understanding of what the aims of the project are and ensures mutual buy-in to the project goals.

Identify partners
With a sound understanding of the requirements we are able to source expertise to deliver key components of the solution. Often this will mean identifying best of bread suppliers and then running a tender process to select the partner we feel will deliver to the required standard, on time and crucially offer genuine value for money for the client.

Commercials
As well as running the tender process we take an active role in negotiating the financial aspects of any contract to ensure that vendors are offering the client value for money.

Structure and Control
Establish a framework within which all parties can work effectively and enable the client to monitor progress against plan. This includes management of the various partner agencies to ensure they are in line with the project plan.

Project Management
Provide leadership on behalf of the client and give clear feedback to the board and senior management.

With a history of delivering digital and web based projects across a broad spectrum of industries from automotive clients such as Volkswagen and Audi through to complex financial applications for clients such as Camelot and LIFFE.
